@maid at this point what is the reason to not buy a macbook if the same linux people who were like "WE'RE GONNA KICK MICROSOFTS ASS" and "FREE ASSANGE" and "AARON SWARTZ DID NOTHING WRONG" will roll over under pressure?
@newt @sendpaws @maid It will likely be a dbus service. There's already an FDO draft for one and someone already made a Python implementation. Which means you'll have to patch it out in every app that would use that service. I doubt they'll integrate it to some DE user management when in the app it will be something as simple as:
