Unfortunately that doesn't really work - they'll surly try but it's a dead end. You can't arrest a judge for judging, judging is their job.

The judges are elected officials, and they're just doing exactly what they were elected to do. If they start enforcing laws against blacks they lose the black vote and then they lose the election.

However, where it all falls down is when you ask "who is going to risk their life to defend such a system?" and the answer is Daniel Montano - but I'm not convinced that enough Daniel Montanos exist for it to be sustainable. And certainly a lot of them are about to get wiped out in Iran.

Moral corruption, insidiousness, (((activism))) would all go under that definition
And we most surely can and should arrest them (or do more righteously fun things). It's "just" that our governments are taken and conspire against us

Okay, I was being a little bit too literal. You can't arrest a judge for his specific judgement, but you can just impeach him and say he's not upholding his responsibility.

But this again depends on having the voting majority, and the voting majority doesn't take this matter seriously, for them it's like voting in EuroVision.

But this is all predicated on the existence of a sucker who is willing to die defending it. So we should be making fun of that sucker because the sooner they run out of suckers, the sooner their system will cave in.

Genocide is difficult, risky, and unnecessary, just look at how much flack Israel has caught by wiping the Palestinians.

All you need to do is re-define who votes -> And a government that is about to be conquered will rationally give EVERYTHING to those best able and willing to defend it, including exclusive voting rights.

"Those best willing to defend it" means men, because women who can fight a war are too rare to matter. And it means mono-ethnic because multi-ethnic armies are a catastrophe. So you just have to decide which ethnicity is going to defend you. You can forget about minorities because there's not enough of them (by definition), and you can forget about ethnicities which are not known for fighting ability. So by simple process of deduction you end up with "governments survive only by White men's willingness to defend them".

I actually don't. And I'm not posturing for some kind of Good Boy Points here, I think TND is a political tar pit that will eat you alive.

So we can just assume point blank that this will never happen by way of a vote. So we're talking about a military junta - but that doesn't make reality go away.

If you're in power (in general), you probably have a couple of percent of real supporters, a couple percent of people who hate you, and 95% that don't really care. If you start talking about genociding a double-digit percent of your population, suddenly you have a double digit size resistance. Of course you've got all of them which are easy to identify, but you've also got friends, family, coworkers, whatever that aren't so easy.

And it's the nature of war that attacking is easy and defending is hard. The resistance will hit your electricity, rail, bridges, ports, and petroleum pipelines. They can very very quickly break your entire ability to govern.

AND that population has relationships with other people all over the world, who will put pressure on all other countries to condemn you, which will make you a global pariah.

Israel has a very easy job because all of the Palestinians are confined in certain areas where they can't do any damage, and they're not at all integrated in Jewish society. STILL they're having major problems trying to genocide them.

If you really really really really insist that there are people that need to be removed, the best way is to have someone else do it. This is what all of Europe did during WW2, and why they generally didn't bother fighting back. Europeans generally hate Jews and Germany promising to deport them, AND take the blame for it was too good a deal to pass up. All they had to do was sob about it afterwords and chant "never again"...
