The Russians are absolutely feeding the Iranians intel from more than just their satellites. Every resource that the US loses in the middle east is one less thing they can send to Ukraine.

We don't even have divisional forces anymore tbh, I think we have like... 5 divisions, and the rest are independent brigades, battalions, regiments, etc.

The US/Israel Epstein regime was successful at regime change in Iran; there is no doubt about that. In the Ukraine theater, I understand Russia advances in 3-5 man groups, that's as large a group as drone recon allows. Massing large numbers of troops isn't going to work for the U.S., and furthermore the U.S. wildly underestimated how moderating Khameni was on the IRGC's preferences, and how deferential they were to him. Seems they're willing to be super aggressive in confronting any U.S. attempt at landing troops.
