most ppl here are simply wrong and my patience wears thin. prevention is better than cure. as they enter adolescence, lack of empathy is clearly discernible. watch them closely for a few years so that several people can be absolutely certain about the diagnosis.
psychopaths are obvious and must disappear at 10-12 years. quick dispatch is necessary because of danger to smaller children.
general narcs/antisocial/creepy should disappear at 14-16 years. before they get too big/strong. their parents getting older and less likely to make a replacement child.

What's ironic about this whole pre-crime discussion is that the closest thing to actual true pre-crime to have existed in the real world, is the pogrom.
The judgement is in essence: Either you have committed a crime, or you assisted one of your co-ethnics in committing a crime, or sooner or later you will. So we are removing all of you.
But something tells me if this were to happen you would be quite upset about it.
