I trust Proton more than Nord etc. but yeah like any "privacy" provider that gets too big they eventually fall off. I wouldn't use them to do anything I don't want my local glowie looking at. You can't even register for an account through Tor. And idk if they let you pay with Monero.

@rose @bonkmaykr He's been active for around 7 years now. His shtick used to be shilling DuckDuckGo as a good alternative to Google way back then. I didn't watch the video, because I can't stand people like this.

I don't even understand the point of having an "extreme" VPN. Like my usecase for VPNs is open public WiFi, that's it. What even is the use case, when Tor works fine and you have to click on the boats all the time anyway now.
