We simply didn't see the enhanced footage, which is simply the footage that we all saw in the hearing zoomed in and highlighted with red circles around the important parts. No one outside the courtroom of that hearing has seen that. But we also saw the footage of what is clearly Tyler minutes before he walked onto that roof, climbing the stairs in that building.

And, it wasn't the "FBI." It was specific people in the FBI. The FBI Agent that testified about the DNA, did so about her own findings, which she documented for the defense to review and had her work reviewed and approved by her superviser. The FBI agent that testified about the videos simply described what was shown in the video. He was, at that time, the lead Investigator. But the FBI is no longer involved in the case.

At trial, the defense can try to refute these people, but I bet that they don't.
Let's also remember that there was other agencies, too. The UVU Police, the UT State Police, the UT County and in whatever county Tyler's patents lived, Sherrif's Department, the UT Coroner's Office, the local hospital trauma surgeon and surgery staff, Tyler's parents, Tyler's boyfriend, and Tyler's friends. There are also pictures of dead Charlie, his wounds, the bullet jacket fragment, matching ammo, the dremmel, the engravings, the shoe print, DNA, fingerprints. They have Tyler's phone andTwiggs phone.​. They've downloaded those phones and contacted Google to match their records with those phones.

The evidence presented at the probable cause hearing was only a sampling of the massive amount of evidence that you're gonna see at trial, if there is a trial. There is far more damning evidence coming.

You are going to see the wound in Charlie's neck and back, where the bullet stopped, the damage done. The DNA. The prints. The phones. Texts. A handwritten note. Videos Of Tyler. The bullet jacket fragment. All with an appropriate chain of custody re evidence.

The amount of actual physical evidence is massive, and far more than you'll usually find in a homicide case. The only "trust me bro" aspect would be, "trust me, bro, 40 fucking people didn't ALL collude to plant evidence, fake evidence, lie, and rig the entire judicial system of the state of UT to convict an innocent person."

There was no testimony given about assembling a rifle on the roof. No one involved in the case is saying that at this point. The screwdriver fell out of his pocket. The video is too grainy to see a muzzle flash, and the video may have been edited to shit. There is nothing to verify the authenticity of the video from the known lying assed dumb nog bish, and videos of videos are specifically used to hide edits.

Tyler obviously had line of sight to Charlie. Why would you think otherwise? If the defense could have shown no line of sight to Charlie, they would have mentioned that in the hearing. That, alone, would have destroyed probable cause.

There is nothing to suggest that there was another rifle on another roof. No evidence, whatsoever. Pure made up fantasy backed by nothing. And, are you suggesting that this other alleged shooter had a 30-06, or a smaller caliber? And, if it was not a 30-06, why would they use a different caliber than the one found in Charlie's neck?

You keep ignoring my question. There is a very clear video of Tyler walking up the stairwell going to the exact place where he crossed over onto the roof. Are you saying that "they" got Tyler to walk up that stairwell minutes before the shot, but had someone else go onto the roof and NOT take a shot? Why? It's nonsensical.

When that person, who you don't think is Tyler, jumped down from the roof, he left a shoe print in the grass and dirt. That print matches the shoes found at Tyler's home. Explain that.

Why did Tyler confess to his parents, his former scout master, his boyfriend, and his friends? If he didn't do it, how did he know the rifle was in the woods, and why would he try to retrieve it, like he discussed with his boyfriend through text?

Why is his DNA and prints all over the murder weapon, the ammo (at the scene, with the rifle, and at his home), the dremmel, and the screwdriver?

How did the UVU get his partial plates and video of Tyler's car at the spot near where the rifle was found and around the same time as the texts about Tyler retrieving the rifle?

How did a 30-06 bullet jacket fragment matching the "general characteristics" of the rifle found in the woods get into Charlie's neck if it otherwise wasn't put there by that rifle?

You have all this evidence that ties very well together to create an obvious picture of a blatant homicide, but you want to ignore all that, and rely on a grainy, unmarked, unsourced, ​possibly edited video of a video put out by a known lying nigger bish, and suggest that because you can't see a rifle in that video, then that must mean another shooter, with no evidence of ever existing, did it, and that Tyler is being framed in an elaborate conspiracy by Tyler's family, his lover, his friends, the UVU police, the UT State Police, the UT County Crimelab, the UT county coroner's office, a local hospital surgeon and his trauma staff, the FBI, the BATF, the UT District Attorney, Tyler's Defense team, and possibly the judge. And, that "they" did all of this instead of just murdering Charlie at his home when he was alone, using the unfettered access to Charlie that they would have had.

Charlie was popular with zionist. Almost exclusively Christians and jew that believe jews are Gods chosen people and have a right to the jewish state of Israel. Outside of this small group, Charlie was virtually an unknown. All that actually needed to be done to stop Charlie Kirk would have been to just defund him and deplatform him.
