Stop picking on Zealist. AND ALSO, my Mom would make our Birfday dinner of choice. Mine was pork chops, with potatoes covered in tomato soup and baked. My Mom was a terrible cook but, that was always delicious.

fry up a half pound of bacon, fry a chicken breast in that, while the chicken breast is resting bring preferably tomato sauce to a warm rolling simmer, remove, dice the chicken and lay it over a bed of jasmine rice, top with some diced bacon and tomato sauce with a bit of fresh grated parm. that was my go-to meal and it was somebody elses mom who used to make it for me
