Again, that's not "making money". That's "amassing money". Taking value that's already been produced, and not producing any themselves.

I hate the overall concept of investment. The only real investment is work. Do something of value, or make something of value. Instead, people go "ooo look at the graphs. I put money in the machine, and more comes back out!! I made money!"

If I were fuhrer I'd shut down the stock market today.
I'm not debating renting versus owning. I own my house. I know it's favorable.

Is there any reason my house should be "worth" $250k now, even though I bought it for $160k less than a decade ago? I'm not making much more money now than I was back then and it doesn't sound like many people are. So why, if I were to move to a comparable home (within the same area) must my living expenses basically triple (when factoring in the difference in interest rates, tax jurisdiction, etc) for a lateral move? Property shouldn't increase at the rate it does, and it does at the hands of filthy hook nosed bagel niggers who deserve nothing less than Total Investor Death.
