@jerry yeah I realized I was going faster than the train as I was panic running through the airport
I was at like gate 18. Went to end, food choices sucked, decided to just keep walking down the other way. And walking and walking. Taking notes, looking at food. I hit the other end, realized it was a really high gate number. Pulled out my phone.
"Flight departs in 20 mins"
Oh god. What have I done ? Gate closes 15 before takeoff, I only have 5 minutes.
Panic. Running. Barely made it. Hacking from being out of breath. Everyone thinks I am sick now or something 🤡

@feld yep. something similar seems to happen to me every time I connect in DTW
@jerry they could do marathons in the airport in the winter months. People don't realize how long it really is, it's like longer than the runway lol
