The alt-fem to anti-rapist pipeline is real (AND HERE’S WHY THAT’S A GOOD THING)

14the usual leftist fantasy fiction
But also a retvrn to tradition where rapists are punished would be good for society. Not post hoc consent revocation either, actual rape with actual severe punishment
most ppl here are simply wrong and my patience wears thin. prevention is better than cure. as they enter adolescence, lack of empathy is clearly discernible. watch them closely for a few years so that several people can be absolutely certain about the diagnosis.
psychopaths are obvious and must disappear at 10-12 years. quick dispatch is necessary because of danger to smaller children.
general narcs/antisocial/creepy should disappear at 14-16 years. before they get too big/strong. their parents getting older and less likely to make a replacement child.
pre-crime is a dangerous concept. Specifically because a lot of “symptoms“ of antisocial personality disorders are explained away with other causes, especially at a young age with changing hormones. Caning offenders seems to work great, because it hurts so bad you can even do a shorter jail sentence and have very low recidivism with average people. At least in Singapore.
No stable legal system uses "pre-crime". It's occasionally tried in Asian shithole dictatorships, but local officials invariably use it to frame their political adversaries, because Corruption Is An Actual Thing You Can't Handwave Away.
This is also BTW why "eugenics" (government sterilizing those with weak genes) is a dead end. Any system that is not robust against corruption is NGMI.
why do you involve the state?
That basically amounts to "I punch anyone I don't like the look of", jail was literally invented to contain people who do that.
>Minority Report but it’s just an angry goober punching 10 year old children who act too goofy on the playground
Pre-crime doesn't really work at all, but it seems like it might work if it was very institutionalized and the case was made against the people in a very convincing way - it still doesn't work, but for subtle reasons.
Combining the two is just being a violent psychopath that punishes whoever the voices tell him to.
we both know the answer to this, and yes there is some gray area but 9 times out of 10 if you were a cop and pulled over one of these vehicles you'd find guns and drugs
precrime is a silly idea, but profiling and logical use of policing isn't
plus people ignore that cops patrol the same places, they know the faces, they know what people are up to. shit if you ever did any of these behaviors you'd also see the patterns when people are doing criminal shit
But none of these things are the same as actual pre-crime, because they can't really be used by a corrupt official to frame somebody for "criminal intent".
As much as I hate the concept of using insurance to mitigate antisocial behavior, it’s at least a solution to a lot of the unacknowledged problems in libertarian adjacent ideas. The likely results would be a social credit score mandated by a private company, but at least the rules would be more transparent.
Hence "or enough assets" because otherwise they're gonna make everyone pay 2k/month :(

2“You must be above THIS WEALTHY to use the commons” is an interesting idea.
But "assets that can be sued" makes it so it doesn't drain you out with a mortgage just to live in a safe neighborhood.
And insurance at least offers the possibility that "known to be a good person" MIGHT be substituted for "wealthy". If insurance would be deregulated so it's not all controlled by like 3 companies, that would probably go along way to fixing the fuckery in that business.
