most ppl here are simply wrong and my patience wears thin. prevention is better than cure. as they enter adolescence, lack of empathy is clearly discernible. watch them closely for a few years so that several people can be absolutely certain about the diagnosis.

psychopaths are obvious and must disappear at 10-12 years. quick dispatch is necessary because of danger to smaller children.

general narcs/antisocial/creepy should disappear at 14-16 years. before they get too big/strong. their parents getting older and less likely to make a replacement child.

pre-crime is a dangerous concept. Specifically because a lot of “symptoms“ of antisocial personality disorders are explained away with other causes, especially at a young age with changing hormones. Caning offenders seems to work great, because it hurts so bad you can even do a shorter jail sentence and have very low recidivism with average people. At least in Singapore.

Sociopathy cannot be diagnosed until the patient is legally an adult. Also, Sociopathic "symptoms' are things like "Parasitic lifestyle" "Lack of Empathy" "Glibness / superficial charm" "egocentricity" "pathological lying and deception" "promiscuity" "lack of sincerity" etc.
