@graf Ketchup is a fucking monstrosity unless ketchup elsewhere isn't some kind of corn syrup abomination.
@WhitestTemplar Sure, here's the ingredients in Canada for Heinz ketchup
@graf So not corn syrup, but a syrup none-the-less. We must retvrn to Townsends Mushroom Ketchup.

@graf Sure, but why is it needed in ketchup? Ketchup isn't a fucking dessert sauce. It's for freedom fries, and borgars, and other things like that.
@WhitestTemplar It's to cut through the vinegar in think. Tomatoes and vinegar are very acidic. The sugar balances it out making it mostly savory
maybe I want sea salt and just the vinegar for me fries eh?
@Evil_Bender @WhitestTemplar Most people just ask for malt vinegar... ?
@graf @Evil_Bender @WhitestTemplar Ah, the great catsup debate
no extra salt!?
@Evil_Bender @graf Fair enough. I prefer ranch because I am a proper American.
Ranch is a repulsive condiment. As a Midwesterner i have single handedly watched the ranch epidemic fatten up the women.
@Evil_Bender @graf Yes, it is often too tasty for some to handle. But I only consoom the homemade shit, not the stuff in a bottle.
bottle ranch = flavored lard
Send them to the ranch to work it off!
@graf I like acidic so that wouldn't be a downside for me. Also tomatoes can have sweetness in them, but our agricultural system isn't really designed to provide them.
