What is? Finances?? I've always been good with money. Frugal, still charitable, perfect credit at 20-21 getting first not-hand-me-down car, gave friends loans, lol...

So I suppose it was a tall order to find a guy I respected more than myself in that area. And I did. Eventually.

I didn't think men cared much about female financial acumen, lol, but not have $20k in student loans for liberal arts is probably a bonus...

Side note: I actually did have 10k in student loans when we met, but it gave me a certification in a trade... & I had a step-grandmother who also gave me 10k in stocks.

Handed them over for the debt so I could be home with baby. Fine trade 😊

I paid them off with my stocks, which were Microsoft & got them as a minor, sat stagnant forever, even declined, split once... finally got back to original $10k gifted at, so sold.

They went up a lot not long after 😩

Deciding to give up on all that is how I found mine about three decades ago. For better or worse. In sickness and health. Et cetera and so forth.

I always wanted a mid .. 5-7 .. but relatively stable and wants a good cooperative life. I always missed those.

I got me a fancy one who is usually stable except for when she's not and can be somewhat uncooperative. While I might complain about that from time to time, it's bullshit and I know damned well I could never possibly find a better match and we deserve one another.
