@sapphire @YeetLibs @thomasroiloup preferable to what actually happened (she dated the pedophile furry who groomed her at 13 and later a pooner IIRC)

@mischievoustomato KDE, GNOME can die in a fire
@mischievoustomato Very rarely. RPMs work well for me. Was considering Kinoite but wasn't terribly comfortable with pure Flatpak + image rebuilding. I love muh package managers!
@thomasroiloup @YeetLibs it's almost as if Pippa's audience is now the sort that would like modern iDubbbz!
@mischievoustomato had a post get popular? You're botting, clearly.
@YeetLibs I think I may have pulled the same. Too bad the one time I got a post that ratio'd her I got suspended for "inauthentic behaviour"! I blame cuckpipis.
@mischievoustomato Desktop. It's basically Arch but not retarded. The codec thing is a bit bollocky but at least I get recent packages without libasscheeks.so.67 is missing after running an update. Its release schedule is pretty nice.
@sendpaws
a) what in particular spurred this
b) how is it running a TRVE UNIX OS
c) how's the ARM hardware
@parker It's not nearly as bad as the states thankfully but in Southern Quebec incl. the Montreal area you need pay attention if an area has ticks. Ontario as well, IIRC.
@kirby there may be people with stealth alts on xitter browsing fedi. It could be you, it could be me! It could even be @YeetLibs
May have gotten banned on a certain other stealth alt for "Inauthentic behavior" today. Total bullshit.
Made an issue for that problem. Looks like it's a percent encoding error. Next I guess I'll poke around more regarding relays and if that duplicate-key bug still happens post-database restoration. It was restored from a pgdump I made on a fresh Postgres 17 container.
OK allowing application/octet-stream fixed some Misskey instances' PFPs not rendering! Namely @phnt whose lovely profile picture I can see now. Still, some like tomato's are giving permissions error when I open the image in a new tab to see why it's not rendering. I feel like I am getting closer to solving this!
Now on Docker because this new server runs on Rocky Linux
@mischievoustomato Got tired of Debian's nonstandard confs. Also wound up liking Fedora! I wish there was an RPM though...
@mischievoustomato I think it would benefit Mitra immensely if there was an RPM package for it, either officially or via community. Perhaps I should make it.
@parker Dang, when I went on a hike Monday I found snow in may and we have to worry about ticks in many parts here ;_;
Still got no idea why some instances PFPs fail to render consistently
