@mischievoustomato @tadano I figured out how to do CI, so now we can build packages automatically on Codeberg

@silverpill @tadano @mischievoustomato You can also publish the deb package to the Gitea Debian package registry, if that wasn't removed on Codeberg. So users can add the registry as a repository and get updates via system updates as well.

Haven't tried to publish deb yet, but according to the documentation deb is supported.

@tadano also, why do you like fedora? are you also using it on the desktop or just server

@mischievoustomato Desktop. It's basically Arch but not retarded. The codec thing is a bit bollocky but at least I get recent packages without libasscheeks.so.67 is missing after running an update. Its release schedule is pretty nice.

@tadano i reckon you use flatpaks? I used to love fedora, but having to use flatpaks feels annoying to me so i can only alternate between arch, gentoo or nixos

@tadano lel. I moved back to gnome after a period of KDE, can't quite stomach it.

@mischievoustomato Very rarely. RPMs work well for me. Was considering Kinoite but wasn't terribly comfortable with pure Flatpak + image rebuilding. I love muh package managers!
