it's not bad, but for full points you have to install a very expensive cable tray and then not use it

What's a cable tray?

it's a tray you run cables in (natch), it's specifically designed for corralling low voltage wiring like data cables
they are v. expensive, which means that there is nothing a jackleg data contractor loves more than not using it

They make big ladder trays for line voltage cables too
