had a dream where nyx and i went for a walk together late at night and ended up at a massive colosseum-like temple filled with stone angel statues and a couple angels came to life and took her away. wonder what it means

@salt i forget where i read the band name (the world is becoming a bad(?) free-association poem, killing the alphabet soup) and have never listened to their music but stone temple pilots

@salt well the the khidr connection is kind of more of a post-hoc cultural thing because in traditions they both serve as a spooky immortal wali figure (apparently jews leave a chair for elijah at circumcisions, there's a glass for him at sabbath) but elijah was mentioned to have been brought up directly to heaven by chariots in the pentateuch. tho im not sure if nyx really fits the pattern or not
