@salt well the the khidr connection is kind of more of a post-hoc cultural thing because in traditions they both serve as a spooky immortal wali figure (apparently jews leave a chair for elijah at circumcisions, there's a glass for him at sabbath) but elijah was mentioned to have been brought up directly to heaven by chariots in the pentateuch. tho im not sure if nyx really fits the pattern or not

@georgia saltines & small amounts of water is generally my go-to but that's been more for flu type vomit not necessarily food poisoning
