I've found back the original package, it's written 5 Year limited warranty.
If you still have the receipt, give it a try.

I have 2x1TB 980pro from 2022 batch, still fine but the 2021 was plagued with bad FW.

If it's proven to be a firmware issue, you might ask for a replacement/compensation, in EU at least.
