I have no idea what any of this means except that E10 is a type of fuel.
* SP = gasoline (95 / 98 is European octane ratings, same as US 87 and 95)
* E85 is 85% ethanol 15% gasoline, they sell that in the US too
* Gazole = diesel (B7 = 7% biodiesel, which is nice because it adds lubricity)
* GPLc is propane
All prices are by liter. E85 is cheaper because petroleum is heavily taxed...

@cjd So in Australia we have SP98, SP95, SP90 (all 100% gasoline), and SP95-E10. But E85 just doesn't exist. Diesel is mostly just trucks these days. Very few diesel cars anymore. And I haven't seen an LPG car in 20 years.

Okay, if you have 98 then that means your octane numbers are the same as Europe's because 98 American is race gas.
Most all of the cars here are still diesel, I have a Volvo S80 with a 5cyl diesel. In terms of cool factor, checks every box :]
