Honestly, it's unclear. He might be (and probably is) full of it, or he might actually have a list of 30 voters registered to boxes in Suite 103, and the internet's doing their normal "erm actually" thing where they think whoever has the spiciest zing wins. Only way to know for sure is to get a hold of San Diego's voter rolls, and I really don't care enough to.

@sun @feld The UPS Store in question is in Suite 103 of the apartment building. Mysteriously, none of the liberal outlets holding a dunk contest have mentioned this fact or said "California voter rolls don't show any voters at 4142 Adams St. Ste 103."
