I went to the gym yesterday - I've never gone on the weekend before. But, I might keep this up. I like always feeling swole. Maybe I'll hit back today.

No. I enjoy the pain. If anything my recovery is through protein supplementation. No need for any of that fancy stuff.

i found i could do back 4-5 days a weak and it didn't really have a negative impact.
