manual testing of various #freebsd src.conf(5) knobs has determined that a lot of these options are actually meaningless or wrong and just shouldn't exist.

2@meena another one is WITHOUT_BLOCKLIST which simply breaks the build when used… since no one has reported this since it was added, it’s almost certainly useless.
