"For almost a week my phone wasn't allowing me to do anything except through WiFi. Yesterday I made it a point to get up early and get ahold of customer service - they informed me that I was downloading too much in spite of the fact that I started paying extra specifically for the plan that would be unlimited. So they shut my phone off for violating TOS for suspicious activity. They turned my phone back on and told me if I violated TOS one more time they would kick me off this service. When they turned the phone back on, it automatically sent you a text I tried to send a day ago."
