MAMA MIA PIZZERIA ๐Ÿ‘Œ

My oven has a pizza setting and gets to 750ยฐ ๐Ÿ˜œ mine puffed up and got caught on the element where that big bubble is..but it's so tasty even with the char. 2 minutes to cook, time for the next one
When I got these little mulberry "trees" they were just sticks. They have now graduated to pots outside full-time. I mixed the potting soil with native soil and watered them in just now. Hopefully they keep on growing well ๐Ÿ™

Also, uh, fun fact :actually: when I grabbed these pots from the greenhouse to fill I pulled the top one off and thought I saw a worm crawl through the drain hole down to the rest of the pots. I thought to myself "what's a wormy doing in here" and then when I lifted the next pot I discovered it was not a worm, but a mouse. Where is a cat when I need one :rat_dab:
Love the texture on this new recipe I tried. Did a double batch! Boiled about 1.5 min each side, baked 425ยฐ for 21min, they pulled around 198ยฐ internal temp. I read the notes and it said high elevation you can use 1 tsp of yeast since dough proofs quicker at higher elevation? I'm not sure about that... I used the measurements it called for and kept an eye on things. I'm at 6000+ elevation soooooo. Very nice texture, will be making this again. So easy!
