@Suiseiseki debian was free software when I started using it too.... they just have nonfree drivers now

@georgia Debian has had nonfree software for decades - although recently they've gone and started including proprietary software in the only available official installer and installing it permanently without asking.

@Suiseiseki before they hosted it in a separate repo called nonfree though, they didnt include it in installs without asking
