Travelling round #Bretagne we took an e-car.
https://iecharge.io/ is the clear winner for charging - simple, no stupid app needed, much better rates than anybody else - 25c/kWh.
They seem to build adjacent to grid power, so it might not be the most convenient location, but if you only need a bi-weekly top up, saving 2-3x bs others makes it worthwhile.
This is what is needed everywhere, not proprietary systems that use scarcity pricing to jack up profits.
