@kaia oh hey you're a yoga person. I need to add some stretches to my pre-workout/warmup regimen. I'm having really bad lower back and spine pain. I was just gonna add that child pose, I read it helps with that. thoughts, opinions, comments ?

depends a bit on your type of back pain, but doing 5-10 minutes of yoga will be beneficial anyway. maybe the first two rows from attached? they are simple to do and don't take time. maybe look up 5 min yoga YouTube video, watch 2-3 of those.
if you have lower back pain due to pelvic tilt then these are best stretches: https://youtu.be/5J8RIIvEj6k

@kaia I don't know why I have back pain. I fixed my posture for the most part and sleep with all the fixin's that are supposed to help with such. I ought to see someone about it.
I have really bad back pain as well. I'm a little busy right now but I'll send a link to a stretching routine I like when I get a chance to dig it up
