Magnesium sulfate is a good (maybe too good) laxative. Magnesium glycinate (or bisglycinate, same thing) is good for getting to sleep.

If you want implications, that's zinc, usually picolinate. And it also helps skin health. Take it with quercetin for best absorption.

For cramps you might try drinking tart cherry juice (I know someone who benefited from it).

Not sure what you mean by energy transfer...? The only energy transfer I know is related to this but I doubt you're into trannies as it were
