Japanese taxes on crypto is fucking horrendous, I was looking at buying a house but then I calculated the taxes to cashing out and it's like 50%. fuck that

@sun heh. you could always patiently sell for currency on a p2p exchange
@deutrino they tax you when you do that
@sun I presume everybody on a p2p exchange is there in part to evade taxes... volume is low enough that there haven't been any stings that I've heard of
