@leyonhjelm @feld @sun I gotta say, I am enjoying watching the “but he said he wasn’t going to start 27 new quagmires overseas” crowd and the “but I thought America First meant no more subsidizing the daily life of millions of Israelis while meemaw dies of diabetic gangrene in a trailer with no electricity” crowd and the “but I thought he was going to BAN glyphosate not double its domestic production” crowd learn their respective lessons

@sun @feld @leyonhjelm I’m honestly amazed that someone as narcissistic as Trump can fake enthusiasm for being besties with Netanyahu so well after being repeatedly punked on the world stage, like to the point that I gotta wonder if there’s more going on than Trump just being bought & paid for by Israel… I would’ve expected far more barbed slips of the tongue and/or unexpected moves to extract a pound of flesh from Bibi than I’ve actually seen. it seems like they must have kompromat
