There's a world in which buying over-priced house on fixed rate credit is worth it, because you know that a decade from now median salary is going to be north of 150k.

I think that's conjecture for the sake of it. I don't care to argue the specifics. All I know if that it's getting harder to pay the bills and put food on the table. As such, I want every system leech's head on a pike. I despise filling empty air with self aggrandizing philosophical theses where animus works perfectly as a means to an end and requires much less fart huffing.

Printing money into worthlessness and importing cheap labor to bid down wages so as to "hide inflation", is a crime warranting bloodline termination.

That said, unless it's time to start shooting down private jets (BTW: clones of the Ukrainian Shahed-busters are on Alibaba), the question "is this house a decent decision" is still worth thinking about...
