I planned to do a bunch of therapy exercises today since I don't have an appointments. I had big plans and I had leg cramps all night and didn't sleep so now I'm just sitting here like this

How's the recovery coming along? Are you more capable with speaking beyond basic language like 'nigger' and 'sandwich'?

My speech has improved quite a bit actually. Speech therapist is really a rockstar. My main issue now is getting my balance and leg strength back and getting my fingers to work independently

You will do it. Time and repetition will become natural again.

It gets frustrating because I guess I didn't realize how much of the stuff I do on a daily basis is just autopilot. I want a drink, my hand does it without even really thinking about it. Sign my name, same thing. Your brain just automates all this stuff. Its the "You are now breathing manually" thing

Muscle memory. The issue you got reset so you need to start again. Time and patience.

Thats really all it is. Its relearning all those little movements that I've learned to just do over the years. I'm getting it. I've been very not depressed lately and thats helped

@CobaltSasquatch @DMA It sounds corny but positive attitude works wonders. Depression affects everything from mood and healing to body temperature and immune function. Where it's an option go for positivity even if you have to fake it at first.

Its what I do at work having to deal with the 2 useless niggers on my crew 🫠

They really are the worst. At my job we actually figured out that if you have a crew of 5 Whites and add a nigger production goes down. They're negative production

Ya one of the niggers after work thought it would be a good idea to pass co works and boss on a 4 way road from on coming traffic nearly taking the front bumper off of the 2nd in charge after merging back in. then speed off doing 60 in a 35. He's response this morning its after work hrs dont concern yourself with what I do after work. Completely missing the point they were trying to tell him

It was more so the fact he almost hit the journeymans car vs him maybe dying for being a dumb ass. And the fact he just became an apprentice so if he has that idc attitude he'll bring it with him when we're working on the powerlines. Which is why atm hes been stuck doing groundman stuff since no one trusts him to not get us killed and I Definitely don't want him anywhere near me.
