This was the cop guarding the entrance to that building. Its kind of amazing that literally as soon as the crowd there saw the blood they got super quiet to the point the officer could have a conversation at a normal volume with someone filming, and then they started dispersing. They knew after seeing him bleeding that an ass whipping was coming directly. All the talk and screaming but they got real meek and quiet the second they knew playtime was over.
