4like sorry but this is a stone cold looksmatch
@mushroom_soup On a face level yes. But the full body most definitely not
most women don't actually like the huge muscly cut look on men. i've seen more women thirsting over the fat god of war thor than i've seen seen interested in kratos
as a guy with big biceps getting towards 40 who has put on a few pounds (not thor fat thankfully)...
lifting weights and staying in shape is about hating the man you see in the mirror, and wanting to be able to kill other men, not about anything women think
if anything, the thought that there are women thinking I look just fine not in peak shape makes me irrationally angry and makes me want to lift and diet harder out of spite - because it means my problems are on the inside where I can't hurt them

6i think everyone should strive for an aesthetic standard that fits them and makes them healthy and happy and not be so caught up on what the other sex thinks of it
that fits them and makes them healthy and happy
no - men should embrace the mental illness and lift to make the self hate go away...slightly
Then was is the point of it all?
@mushroom_soup @Mr_NutterButter @brigrammer
That's exactly the way of thinking, that hurt me for 80% of my life. If you are even decently healthy woman, I get why you might miss how dangerous this advice is though. So, I get it.
