Down to 2 bottles left, but there's the 10L (2 and 2/3 gallon) tank I take once a week to get it from the neighbor...

Nice. I get 10 litres every fortnight, and just clean and reuse my old milk bottles.
It's soo good. I feel that when milk gets paturised and homogenised it really looses something. And I like not giving my money to the supermarket.
I plan to get meat from them in the future, but I have to buy a quarter of a cow at once, which is expensive and impractical

How much for the 1/4?

It coats $40 for a bucket of 10litrs, which a syphon into 3 x 3litre milk bottles and one 1.5litre bottle. A bucket is usually a bit over $10.
So 1/4 would be $10
