He can say he won, but then if he's still using military force the day after, he's kind of telling on himself...
@cjd @Autumn @Richard you're not wrong. But then again, beating a dead horse is also a thing, so there's that.
Anyway, if the goal really was to make sure that Iran won't build a nuke anytime soon, it's a win already. I mean, all the other nonsense aside, at this point they were probably bombed to the point where they'd have a hard time building a decent truck, let alone a nuclear device
