@radians Even WNs aren't getting it. I think Chris Polhaus AKA "Hammer", the leader of the blood tribe cosplay group tried to do something like this but the local media got wind of it and jews made a big fuss about it and the sale was blocked.

You just have to not be a total sperg about it and buy the land low key. Once the deed is in your hands there isn't much the government can do and if it's the middle of nowhere Wisconsin, Michigan or whatever you're not gonna have much problems with Antifa and if they do show up the local sheriff probably won't mind you taking a couple out should they start anything.
@cjd @radians I'm not necessarily talking about a compound although maybe you could house a few people in a farmhouse (rural mcmansion).

It's more of a retreat kinda area where you can hold conferences and just hang out with a bunch of people, shoot guns too if thats your thing.

@Terry @cjd @radians land in West Texas is like $5k an acre but water is an issue. it's really beautiful out there and the people of West Texas know how to leave each other alone. there's a few properties with 100+ acreage, house, outbuildings, water storage, etc that would serve for this purpose that are under $500k

I think a lot of those places technically exist. On paper they're labeled as "conference centers" or "campgrounds" because the owner can't afford to get all political on his public website. He needs people that pay and don't cause too much ruckus.

Problem is a lot of radicals are the source of a hell of a lot of ruckus that nobody really wants around their business, so this even adds a second layer of difficulty for the owners.

If I manage to round up the investment capital, my bucket list item is to found a university - which will be able to handle some of this stuff. But there's gonna be rules on campus...
Well, origin of the thread was about buying up big empty space for an events center.

So you really need to figure out water, but beyond that there's not much else.

But on the other side, if you're not near an airport, then maybe nobody will ever show up because it just makes no sense...
Also I feel like NH at least has some kind of a unified meme that defines how it should be governed. I don't really feel like I understand Texas, I mean, only ever been there a week so what can I say, but I feel like the Mexicans, the Indians, the Sharia Law Communities, etc all have very different ideas how how things should work - and if one of these groups starts to get a little bit of power, the law of the land could change wildly...

Like, you might hate libertarians, but you kind of know what to expect from them...
I actually don't think this is optimal strategy.

The thing is, you attack a synagogue, you certainly ruffle some feathers, and we'll get more meme pictures of a million cop cars lining the street... But Jews already have a theory about why people attack them, and you won't really change anything to do with that.

But if you attack a doctor/vaccine conference, then people who previously thought themselves "safe" now realize that politics applies to them too... Same thing if you start hitting bad judges - it will actually cause certain people to re-think their life choices, in a way that hitting a synagogue will not.

Now I'm not gonna say you should avoid targeting someone because they're a Jew. Someone does bad shit, they should pay. But I think the optimal strategy is to not just hit random Jews at their place of worship.
