1@kaia@pleroma.soykaf.com This is completely wrong.
Let's take the Netherlands for example. Average income (after tax) is 3300 euro per month. You work an average of 170 hours a month (40 hour workweek).
3300 / 170 = 19.41 euro per hour that you earn
GTA VI costs 100 euro because 80 euro base edition strips out features so the real game is the full one.
100 / 19.41 = 5.15 hours to buy the game.
Based on this single example I am going to assume the math is completely wrong for every country.

7@Suiseiseki@freesoftwareextremist.com @kaia@pleroma.soykaf.com Yes that too. Actually buying the game in the sense that you would be allowed to run it as free software would probably cost over a billion euro actually
@Suiseiseki@freesoftwareextremist.com @kaia@pleroma.soykaf.com Once you have the source code replacing a few proprietary libraries with free software equivalents is usually not that big of a deal.
@Suiseiseki@freesoftwareextremist.com @kaia@pleroma.soykaf.com GTA is made in sepples, not C#
