Plexfiltration update: the AI work zone compliance tool has started emailing me thousands of pictures from a (I think) Saudi industrial facility again, to my internaluser.com domain. #infosec

i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again; you’re not a network engineer unless you’ve moved a ceiling tile to trace a cable and had a small netgear switch fall on your head
with the dryer broken i was able to show my kid the way of my ancestors, and how to dry clothes on a clothesline
and also the way of me, as a kid
and also the way of me, as an adult, when i go back to the UK because its normal there
@david_chisnall never had the spider issue tbh, which now that you mention it is a surprise
@feld we prefer the term “administrative edgelord”
a reminder that if you are afraid of ever putting your creative work out there, be it music, a talk, writing - whatever, because there won't be an audience for it: there is literally an ethical gooners subreddit.
truly there is an audience out there for anything
why do air traffic controllers appreciate it when the beastie boys are on short final and they have a line of departures waiting to go?
because they be getting down with no delay
as annoying as this thing was to build (and still is because its not finished, i don’t think it ever will be), i am so freaking proud of it - great project idea if you want something with microcontrollers, code, soldering, 3d printing, woodwork, spray painting and tears
currently using a text to voice tool to generate audio containing spoken prompt injections and jailbreaks that I'm uploading to the target, which is a voice to text summarizer, in case you were wondering how pentesting works now
my wife, comforting me earlier: “at least they have one more game to play, the 3rd place thing.”
me: “NOBODY CARES ABOUT THE LOSER FINAL”
listen just because anyone can file an IFR flight plan for free doesn't mean everyone should learn how to do so so they can file multiple IFR flight plans from Palm Beach Airport (DJT) to Sioux Gateway Airport (SUX) on a daily basis
walking the dog is just this repeated 7,000 times:
dog: “holy crap, you smell that? something seriously went down here.”
me: “no i can’t smell things like you can, c’mon lets keep moving.”
dog: “holy crap, you smell that? something seriously went down here.”
so the US delegation left Turkey on the proper air force one, swapped to the fake new one in the UK. Apparently this was based on secret service advice.
That pretty much confirms through inference that new fake air force one lacks a lot of the countermeasures the real one has.
wow imagine being exposed to radio waves how will they ever recover
Today is our last day on the Atlassian suite of products. I am so happy. The price gouging, the overall decline in quality - replaced by newer tools that do the extra things that JIRA and Confluence do at a premium.
Some of the things that Atlassian make you pay a premium for include SSO, (not the only ones out there but no need for a product sold B2B), and you know... the ability to backup and restore YOUR data.
Good riddance, you giant bag of wank.
i bet Datadog really wish they'd put a hypen in their public API keys that are prefixed with 'pub'

Absolute Scenes on the Washington State Patrol Scanner:
Voice: "Hey erm....I just found this radio on the ground, I dunno who's it is or if it transmits but erm...yeah."
Cop: "To this the person with the radio. This is the Washington State Patrol. Where are you, we'll come and get it."
Voice: "I'm at the boat launch by....."
Cop: "Ok, on my way."
Voice: "Well how long you gonna be?"
No reply.
WA State Patrol Control just called out "Citizen in possession of WA State Patrol Radio, please answer"...
And a Kitsap County officer replied saying he was now in possession of it.
At which point State patrol passed the phone number of a sergeant who wanted to chat with them.
