Hey I have someone who is very anti-ai and wants to avoid it as much as possible and is looking for a job that doesn't have an ancap boss (as a libertarian, lol). he's a really talented junior and likes rust, lmk if anyone has any leads, he's in the us and needs a remote job.

@Mark I think he'll get there eventually, I think it's less about the morals for him and more than he just cares a lot about actually learning the fundamentals right now. But like with the zoomers being force fed so much slop they don't like, I think they aren't totally unjustified in how they're feeling even if they're wrong.
And as a libertarian, what they're feeling is a friction and pain that can be served by the market. Maybe that's completely AI free, artisan hand-crafted organic 100% free range coded software for hippies. Or maybe it's just like, software where UX is where all the humanity goes and software figures out the rest. I think there's lots of opportunity that I would like to tap into if I can
