Did you have to train your cats to not attack the chickens or ducks, or did they just kinda learn to leave them alone if they grew up around them as kittens?

Hmm we didn’t have to train them. But we’ve always had roosters and drakes. They will run the cats off.

Ahh, okay. I wasn't sure if it was something you needed to teach them, or a get them young kinda situation. How do your lady birds handle them? Or do they just leave it to the drakes and roosters?

They just ignore the cats.
