@Inginsub That post is incoherent. First he talks about Microsoft, then Uber, then says a guy with a subscription can get more use out of AI, after laying out at least one case where companies burned through their budgets way ahead of schedule.
Yeah what this points to is not that AI is super-productive but rather that their engineers have shut their brains down and are trying to have claude to their entire workload for them

He means that the pricing structure is bullshit. Corporations are starting to pay something close to the real price of running LLMs and it's a disaster. Consumer plan prices are unsustainable and if this wasn't being heavily subsidized they'd be at least an order of magnitude higher.
