That stupid meme doesnt address what the person actually said though. The people responsible for making those woke decisions didnt get laid off, regular people did. Celebrating layoffs is retard shit.

Theres still plenty of normal people in those roles, they just keep their heads down because the prevailing culture is ultra progressive. Those people got hurt bc of the shitty decisions of upper management.
