@magicalthinking my assumption is that he's pissed that you have to have a strong association between a wallet and a value, so you can't privately trade things.

@dictatordave from what I recall at least in the US, all of the people that they've caught were ones where the evidence was there, just ignored for too long.

I imagine it's not really any different elsewhere - you put in place reasonable safeguards and then those that stick out are just things you look into.
