Well, the last few times, it was in the interest of the central government to pursue even the faint hope of peace. And while the US/IL definitely violated the peace, they may well have given something to the central government in exchange for getting Iranians to hold fire.

Now it's not so likely to be actual ZOG controlled opp, as it is factions who want to do a similar deal. As they are hoping to amass power in a rapidly shifting political landscape.

But if other factions ignore them and keep firing off missiles and bombs, then even if the US and IL are willing to trade something for Iranians holding fire, the factions doing the talking can't offer that.
You're thinking about it wrong. What you see is a ceasefire that is broken, what you don't see is the 100mn$ bitcoin transaction to the Iranian government to make that ceasefire, even knowing that it would be broken.

I'm making up the details here, but the point is the interests of the government are not the same as the interests of the people, so the government will undermine it's own people if doing so helps them hold on to power.

This holds true with any government.
