n my parents' residential complex, some people collected signatures because a tree always shed its pollen and who knows what else in the spring. It was also very popular with birds during that time. That's why it had to be cut down.
The only problem was that it was located in such a way that it affected the three most attractive parking spaces.
They didn't get their way, but just to cut down a tree that had been standing there for over 50 years..
