nuking an area that big would poison pretty much the rest of the world because you would need to use weapons that yield high levels of radiation to cover that large a space. Hitting a city where everyone is bunched together with a low yield gets more bang for their buck 180k I think it was in Hiroshima with one bomb. Does no good to blow up your enemies if the area is polluted so badly no one can go near it.

Yeah. Nuking LA with a low to mid yield would make more sense. It's only about the psycho-shock value more than an actual attack. They already made noise about LA, and Lucky Larry Silverstein took out an insurance policy there ..

Exactly. I’m fairly certain from my own studies that the cancer risk from radiation is due nearly entirely to a parasitic infection, that is not shared by everyone. By itself, radiation is not harmful unless extreme.

The parasite in question is an “endobiont” that has viral “spores”, which then grow into bacterial and then fungal forms. The tumors are the parasite highjacking the body’s immune response.

Planck's principle

Generally speaking, nobody ever gives up on their theories no matter how clearly they have been proven wrong. And when you have centralization of science, people establish fiefdoms where you have to agree with their theories or else they will ruin your career.

In software, this doesn't really apply because it's so decentralized and you can just copy working code and non-working code just doesn't work...

Its a definite problem. I think one of the issues is one of scale. Take statins for instance. There is a ton of good data that seems to suggest that we got cholesterol wrong from day one but the revenue stream from Statins is in the billions. Who's going to kill that fitted goose?

I believe that.

Big Pharma (Ozempic+similar) would disagree with you.

For obvious reasons.

I wonder how fat Amy Schumer's gonna get when she has to quit that shit for health reasons. Kelly Clarkson will return to the fat piggy she really is, too.

Cancer is likely spawned from multiple vectors, the parasite one I haven't explored real deeply. Fungal infections in the body can promote cancers though. Candida genus fungi will gather up free cadmium and lead in the body, which can be helpful short term, but it makes those regions of the body unpatrollable by the immune system as the cell walls of the fungi become toxic.
There were some alt-med videos going about of a South America doctor that was curing cancer patients just by treating them with anti-fungal meds after noticing all the patients were positive for the candida strains.
