Would normal paint even work to create the outlines shown by the IR sensors in the targeting pod?

tbh, painting decoys on the ground that fool people into bombing them is BRILLIANT, straight out of wil-e-coyote.
Paint with enough aluminum & glass flakes could do it in theory...
