@pyrate In 2024, I won a Porsche Cayman GTS 4.0 in a giveaway but I took a cash prize of $70,000. Last year, I won another giveaway of $15,000 for buying $50 worth of creatine gummies and two times I missed my state lotto jackpot by one number but won $1000 both times. That's $87,000 in two years.

@BugmanJones @pyrate I'M FUCKIN' RETARDED TOO BUT IF YOU WIN A SIX FIGS CAR VS CASH I'M FINDING A CAR SPERG TO TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO IN TERMS OF PROFITABILITY/QoL IMPROVEMENT.

YOU COULD'VE DRIVEN THAT THING FOR A SUMMER AND SOLD IT FOR WAY MORE THAN THE 75K BEFORE TAXES YOU TOOK. OH MY GOD. WHY DO I EVEN BREATHE. :whyMelt:

BROTHER @graf PLEASE READ THE ABOVE FUMBLE SO YOUR CORTISOL SPIKES AS WELL.
@pyrate @BugmanJones Listen nigger. I never said I was a fan. We were talmbout if the particular car he won was a PTS car. Nardo grey used to be an Audi color that was a PTS Porsche car. BMW saw the sales & put it on M3 & M5 comps and it's now one of thee most desirable colors (market wise) due to popularity & it greatly drives the price up.

Myself? I need Red White or Black cars. But if you read the thread it's about a generational fumble of choosing 75k in cash at the time instead of a Brand New Cayman GTS 4.0 in Nardo Grey with the big brembro brakes, better wheels & tires (that's all I can see without more pics / build sheet)

In summary, generational fumble. 2 model years later that exact car with under 30k mi is KBB for $113k in excellent condition. At the time he could've gotten like $10k under sticker if he sold it to another dealership the same day which they certainly would've done because that spec car doesn't stay on lots longer than a few weeks.
@catmanmancat @pyrate Oh believe me I was tempted. I was looking to buy a house with a bit of land for my fiancΓ©e and myself though. I thought about taking the car, enjoying it for a few months and then selling it but thought it would be too much of a hassle to sell a six figure car. I st least got to fire up the engine and give it a few revs when I accepted the car on camera for promotional purposes. I can't tell you how much I was kicking myself for taking the money lmao
